CoAction is a training company that focuses on the individual needs of learners.
What does focusing on individuality or personalization in general mean to us?
Our courses mainly consist of personalized Business English classes, designed to cater to the learners’ individual needs and professional environment. We take our learners’ progress seriously and use tools that support it.
We care about our Teachers. Our Training Team aims to establish personal relationships through transparent communication with each teacher. We provide real support whenever they need it, and our goal is to make working with us a rewarding experience for both parties.
What our Teachers do?
- They prepare and teach Business English lessons, considering the specific needs of the learners with our methodological support. Most of our learners are from the IT sector. Don’t worry – we have teacher training materials and will provide all the support you need!
- They use our tools to set goals (Training Outline), take notes on the learners’ developing language (Training Report), and revise vocabulary (Quizlet sets created once a month).
- They hold classes all year round, mainly on weekdays. We conduct enrolments continuously.

Our recruitment process
1. You apply by sending email to office@coaction.pl and attaching your resume.
2. We review your application.
3. If we find your profile suitable for the role, we will let you know within 2 working days – you will be invited for an online job interview with our Academic Manager.
4. We meet to discuss your experience and work methodology. You can ask us questions about potential collaboration.
4. Together, the Training Team makes the final hiring decision.
If we agree on the terms of cooperation, you will become a member of the team. Next, you will go through an onboarding process, sign a contract, and then receive courses to conduct.k
You are the Candidate we are looking for if you have:
- Available teaching slots for classes held twice weekly (60 or 90 minutes), ideally before 10 am or after 5 pm (these slots are currently most sought after by our clients, although we also offer classes at other times during the day). We are usually able to provide out Trainers with blocks of classes.
- Experience in teaching Business English.
- A bachelor’s degree in teaching English as a foreign language, linguistics, or a related field, or CELTA certification.
- English at C2 level (we need you to teach students of different levels – usually higher ones, including C1).
- To teach online lessons, you will need computer literacy and a stable internet connection to use platforms like Teams or other similar ones. You will also edit our tools using Google Docs.
- Experience in teaching groups (nice to have)
